Situated on the outskirts of the village of Herodsfoot, where keen walkers can join the West Looe Valley Trail. As well as Looe, there are several other interesting towns and villages in the local area, including Polperro, with its restaurants, craft galleries, sandy beach, tidal pool, and pleasure boat trips. A little further away, but still within easy reach, the world renowned Eden Project is a must see for visitors to the area. Enter into this stunning, newly renovated property and find yourself in the beautiful kitchen/diner, exceptionally well equipped with electric oven, induction hob, microwave, American style fridge/freezer, coffee machine and dishwasher. Along with a farmhouse dining table to seat everyone, this is the perfect space to cook up and enjoy a family meal. Head into the lounge and curl up on the comfy sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV or throw open the patio doors and enjoy the views out over the countryside. From here there is a door to a separate utility room, perfect for hanging coats and storing shoes; a few steps up will take you to the ground floor shower room with shower and WC. From the lounge, head up the stairs to the first floor to the three bedrooms, one small double and one king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request), both with Smart TVs and the master king size also with a Smart TV along with outstanding views over the countryside. Completing the accommodation is a shower room with shower and WC. Heading outside, there is an enclosed patio area with seating and a charcoal BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining.
