Bude itself is well renowned as a surfer s paradise with 3 glorious sandy beaches, and there is also a lovely array of local shops and fine eateries to enjoy. The property also benefits from having a beach within 0.5 miles, accessible by foot by descending from the cliff top at the end of the road. This getaway also provides easy access to The Milky Way adventure park (17 miles) and historic fishing villages to explore such as the mythical Tintagel (18 miles), famed for the legends of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Making your way up the stairway will bring you to the remaining three bedrooms, all of which provide sea views and their own en suite s. The second bedroom provides twin single beds, a Smart TV and private balcony with a sea view. The third bedroom provides a double bed whilst the final fourth bedroom holds a King size bed, again with Smart TV and private balcony and sea view. You can make your way out onto the garden and terrace from the bi fold doors in the lounge and dining spaces, in addition to the direct access from the driveway. The lawn is sloped down from the main terrace which indulges guests with glorious sea views, two picnic benches and a set of dining table and chairs, perfect for alfresco dining. There is also an outside tap which is ideal for washing off sandy paws and wetsuits after a day at the beach.
