For a totally different Cornish experience, the pretty harbour town of Padstow with its plethora of upmarket eateries is within a 17 mile drive. Stepping into this stunning property, a light and bright hallway with oak flooring leads through to the cosy lounge with a lovely bay window offering sea views. With Smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating as well as a wood burner, this room is the perfect place to kick back and watch your favourite films or SkyTV. Moving across the hallway is the first of four bedrooms, this king size bedroom offers fabulous views of the sea from the bay window as well as a Smart TV, a perfect spot for a lazy morning. Moving back out into the hallway you will come to the dining room which has a round table for all those sociable occasions and fabulous meals. The dining room leads into the breathtaking kitchen, with its mood lighting and bi folding doors that allow light to stream in through the glass. The kitchen offers a double electric oven with the island housing the gas hob, pop up power tower, and wine cooler. You will also see there is a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Bluetooth speaker and remote controlled extractor fan. This is the perfect kitchen for cooking up a feast for the family or sitting at the breakfast bar for morning coffee freshly made from the coffee machine. Moving through the kitchen and into a side hallway brings you to a bathroom with bath and WC, and the second bedroom which is a super king size (that can be made up as a twin on request). This room is complete with an en suite shower room with shower and WC and has bi folding doors out onto the garden as well as a Smart TV. From here and moving back out into the hallway you will come to the utility room which houses a sink, the washing machine and lots of space for drying clothes and storing items. Off this space is the third bedroom which is a twin room (which can be changed to a super king size on request). Moving up the glass staircase you will reach the master bedroom complete with a king size bed, its own lounge area and Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, walk in wardrobe, and en suite bathroom with freestanding bath, double separate shower and WC with breathtaking views of the sea, this is the perfect retreat after a long day exploring the coast. In addition to this, on the same floor, you also have the pleasure of a cosy chill out area with a large luxurious sofa, mood lighting and patio doors opening onto a decked terrace with seating this space has uninterrupted views of the sea and the sunset. Outside is a private contemporary garden with a patio area and garden furniture, and lawn. You will also find the games room complete with table tennis, air hockey and pool table. The children will be at home with a comfy seating area and games console to enjoy. There is also an outdoor hot shower for washing away the sand from your fun packed day at the beach, and private parking for three cars.
