NEW FOR 2022!
Landgreek Barn is a glorious barn conversion perfectly situated on an old farmstead on the outskirts of Polperro with beautiful views across open farmland. The Barn is a large, well equipped 4 bedroom property set on two floors, carefully converted retaining lots of character, and tastefully furnished to ensure you can enjoy a relaxing stay. The Barn benefits from large outdoor grassed space including patio area for a relaxing drink or BBQ but also a paddock which is perfect for family games.
Landgreek Barn offers both peace and relaxation whilst not being too far removed from the hubbub of bustling village life, the perfect base to sit and enjoy a drink in the setting sun after a busy day exploring. The magical fishing village of Polperro - full of history, with its harbour, shops, pubs, restaurants and beach is ½ hour walk (down hill.) It’s a great location to leave the car and explore further afield on foot - 1 hour walk from beautiful Lansallos beach, the coastal path and with bus connections along the coast to the town of Looe, and Polruan with its ferry to Fowey.
This property really is a dream location for either families or a group of friends to unwind with lovely farmland views all around in this secluded spot. The barn is part of a traditional Cornwall farmstead located up a farm track on a large plot with plenty of parking. The farmhouse is your nearest neighbour, and you will occasionally see the farmer drive along the track to visit his neighbouring fields. It shall be noted that the owners have a small annex to the property that they visit from time to time – which has a separate entrance and garden area.
Please note: this property may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties, due to the sloped access and stepped accommodation.
Important: Building work will be carried out on a near by barn between the 1st August - 14th October (please see Special Offer) The barn is not connected to the property, however is within line of sight. All building works will be carried out between usual working hours and will not continue after 5pm. For further information please contact the bookings team on 01503 272303.
