The home has a master en suite with superking sized double, a second bedroom with a kindgsize and single bed and a third bedroom with a double. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are served by a 'jack and jill' style bathroom. The lounge has uninterrupted views over the golf course to the Atlantic and Donegal headlands, over which there are spectacular summer sunsets. There is an open plane kitchen/sitting /dining area opening onto a walled courtyard. There is a WC off the hall, on the ground floor. A garage and boot room / utility are also available.
This vacation home is located in Portstewart. Causeway Coast and Hezlett House are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Portstewart Golf Club and Royal Portrush Golf Club. Barry's Amusements and Waterworld are also worth visiting.
