Conveniently situated close to both the Yorkshire Dales National Park, The North Yorkshire Moors and pretty towns like Richmond, it is a great base to discover the North of England. The North York Moors are just a short drive away, as are the popular historic cities of York This beautiful rural area is ideal for keen walkers and cyclists. Among the many fantastic other local attractions are Raby Castle, Richmond, High Force. Be sure to take a trip to Barnard Castle for a look around the many shops and cafes, bars and restaurants.
