From the front door along a hallway its a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with an open plan living room and kitchen / dining area. It has a luxury main bathroom and master ensuite both complete with Villeroy and Both and Hansgrohe sanitary ware. There are 2 double bedrooms both with spacious bespoke fitted wardrobes, king size beds and bespoke soft furnishings. The second bedroom can be presented as a twin bedroom if preferred and has a magnificent floor to ceiling feature window overlooking Durham's historic Framwellgate Bridge. Wake up to beautiful views from Durham riverside and enjoy a coffee on your own private terrace. The lounge and both bedroom feature a widescreen smart tv.
