The Space:
Newsam Crescent has a homely living room where you can unwind with your loved ones. Featuring a wall-mounted flat screen TV, two comfy sofas, and a bay window, it’s the ideal place to relax.
Modern in style, the kitchen has everything you could need to make the most of your self catering stay including cookware and modern appliances such as an oven and hob, microwave, toaster, fridge-freezer, kettle and dishwasher.
Sharing the space is the dining area where you can enjoy home cooked meals together with the rest of your party.
Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find two double bedrooms and one single room. All three rooms have comfortable beds, ample storage space and an all-round relaxing, tranquil feel.
Please note that the single bed can also be made into a double bed upon request, increasing the occupancy to six. Please contact our friendly team after booking to arrange this.
The family bathroom is also located on this floor and includes a bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and wash basin.
Outside you’ll find a great sized, fully enclosed garden with a patio, a grassed area, and outdoor seating. Perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a tipple in the evening, the garden is an added bonus at Newsam Crescent.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Newsam Crescent has recently undergone full refurbishment to sleep up to five adult guests across three lovely bedrooms. The property boasts everything you need for a pleasant stay with a modern kitchen including integrated appliances, a new bathroom, free WiFi, flat screen TVs, a private rear garden and free on street parking.
The beautiful property is spacious and has a welcoming home-from-home feel throughout.
The living room is bright, comfortable and a place where you can happily relax for a cosy night in on the sofas, or in the reading chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering stays with all cookware and modern appliances including an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. You can enjoy your meals in the kitchen-dining area, casually in the living room, or even alfresco in the rear garden.
Downstairs also features a handy WC and laundry room with washing machine and a separate office area with a large desk that is perfect for work or even video calls.

The property is just a five minute walk from Yarm high street which is renowned as one of the most picturesque market towns in the country. Yarm boasts a whole range of bistros, quaint pubs, distinguished eateries and cosy cafes lining its cobbled streets. Previously voted the best high street in the UK, there is also the opportunity to turn a leisurely afternoon stroll into retail therapy via the many boutique shops.
The property is ideally located to quickly access the region’s business heartland and working hubs including Darlington, Stockton, Middlesbrough and Teesworks. Special rates are available for longer term business bookings and visitors.
Getting Around:
Newsam Crescent is exceptionally well positioned and connected as a base to be able to explore and easily access the region with both regional and national public transport options.
A bus stop across the road connects local towns including Darlington, Stockton and Middlesbrough in approximately 15 minutes.
Eaglescliffe train station is one mile away and Yarm train station is just two miles away, which collectively provide direct trains to London, Edinburgh or Manchester in approximately two hours as well as Leeds, York, Durham or Newcastle in approximately 45 minutes.
Darlington’s mainline east coast train station is also only ten miles away with further connecting options.
The A66 is within two miles drive rapidly linking the region and country along with the A1(M) and A19, whilst Teesside International Airport is just four miles away.
