This apartment enjoys what must be one of the most stunning locations in the Lake District. In an elevated position above Esthwaite Water, surrounded by scenic walks and mountain views. The village of Hawkshead is close by, famed for its connections to Beatrix Potter and William Wordsworth, with a range of shops and pubs. Both Lake Windermere and Coniston Water are a short drive away, each offering plenty of opportunities to take to the water. Grizedale Forest is only a short distance away, where thrill seeking visitors may like to try the zip wires and high ropes at the Go Ape centre. This apartment offers ground floor accommodation for four. The main living space is an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which offers stunning views over the lake, to the woodlands beyond. The owners have thoughtfully provided binoculars so that guests can make the most of the views. There is an electric fire here, as well as a TV, a DVD and CD. The kitchen area is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, and dishwasher, whilst freezer and laundry facilities are available onsite. The property has two bedrooms: a king size and a twin are tastefully decorated, each with an en suite.
