Nestled in the heart of the bustling village of Gosforth, which is on the western side of the Lake District National Park, this property offers easy village walks from the doorstep, and the seaside is just a few miles down the road. There are a number of pubs in the village as well as a lovely pizza restaurant. Serious fell walkers will love the stunning valleys of Wasdale and Eskdale here you will find Scafell Range, Great Gable and Bow Fell. Or why not try your hand at paddleboarding on Wastwater or kayaking down the River Esk, all within 8 miles? History lovers will find so much on offer in the local area, from the Viking cross in Gosforth's churchyard to Muncaster Castle, which is 6 miles away, and there s a wealth of Roman heritage in the area. As you enter the property you will find a spacious, bright hallway with open plan living on the ground floor. There is a lounge with a kitchen/dining area. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave, plus access to the enclosed garden.
