There s also the first of the property s five bedrooms (including annexe): a pretty twin room which can be made up as a super king size on request, complete with en suite shower room with shower and WC. Finally the ground floor has an additional separate WC. Heading upstairs, the main lounge can be found on the first floor. This calm and soothing space is perfect for relaxing in at the end of a great day out. With a vaulted ceiling, views over the garden and countryside, and plenty of comfortable seating, this is perfect for unwinding with a good book or watching a favourite movie on TV. Three bright and relaxing bedrooms are on the first floor. The first is a tranquil king size room with country views and an en suite shower room with shower cubicle and WC. The second room is also king size with picturesque views and an en suite bathroom with a beautiful roll top bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. The charming twin room can be made up as a super king size on prior request. The first floor also offers a stylish family bathroom complete with a feature sunken bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Leaving the main house and crossing the courtyard, you will reach The Annexe (available to book at an additional cost please request at time of booking) which offers a cosy ground floor sitting area and a delightful first floor king size bedroom with en suite shower room. Please note this quirky and characterful former barn features a low sloping ceiling upstairs. Outside, the large enclosed garden wraps around three sides of the property and has plenty of space for children and dogs to play, alongside a patio with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Ample parking is available for three cars, and there s also storage space for bikes under the car port.
