Move from the kitchen into the welcoming sitting room, boasting a woodburning stove, perfect for the Winter months, Smart TV and DVD player and leading out via the fully opening French Windows to a spacious balcony, overlooking the beauty of the surrounding gardens and hills beyond, This room is sure to be the social hub of your holiday. The property also benefits, on the lower ground floor, another seating area with a TV, perfect for those seeking a quiet escape from the excitement of the group. Two of the five well-presented, William Morris inspired bedrooms, rest on the upper ground floor, comprising a Super King size Master Bedroom, with a Smart TV, access to the balcony and an en-suite with a spa bath, walk-in shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC, while the other bedroom also enjoys a Super King size bed, nearby shower room and boasts spectacular double aspect panoramic views over gardens and surrounding fells. The local Edwardian seaside town of Grange-over-Sands is well worth a visit for even more wonderful amenities of Golf, Nature Reserve, sites of special Scientific Interest as well as fashion and craft stores and a plethora of restaurants to satisfy every taste. Grange has several of the usual supermarkets, with larger superstores to be found in the town of Kendal, some of whom can deliver.
