This leads to the sleek kitchen, which is equipped to a very high standard, offering a gas AGA, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a dishwasher, as well as some thoughtful extras including a coffee machine and an island seating area, plus a round table and chairs. Off the kitchen, leading outside is a patio area with comfortable seating. There is a separate laundry space in a cloakroom, which is home to the washing machine and dryer, as well as a WC. Next to the kitchen is the grand dining room with a majestic table and chairs, plus patio doors out onto the decking. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor with a king size bed and W/C and shower located in a room opposite. A staircase leads to the first floor where the property's remaining bedrooms can be found. The first of these is the master super king size room which benefits from a sanctuary like en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and WC. The second bedroom is king size and the third is a charming super king size zip and link, which can be made into a twin on request. There is also a bathroom with shower, bath, and WC on this floor. Finally, there is another super king size zip and link which can be made into a twin on request. There is an abundance of outside to explore, where you have enclosed, spacious garden areas with views of the natural landscape to explore as well as a seating area with dreamy views over to Lake Windermere. Relax in the sumptuous hot tub, or fire up the large gas BBQ to enjoy evenings of al fresco dining. Or, you can simply soak up the peace and tranquillity that this area has to offer from the amazing decking area. There is private parking for up to five cars.
