Riverbank is a lovely single storey holiday home for three, situated just off Bellingham Road in a beautiful residential area of Kendal, just 10 minute's walk to Romney's, a popular family friendly gastropub with outdoor seating and children's play area and Kendal Town Centre 15 / 20 minutes walk away where you'll find an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and attractions.
Fully refurbished throughout, the bungalow has a spacious, bright living room with a small dining table and comfortable seating. A fully-equipped modern kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge & freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher.
The modern bathroom comprises a separate walk-in shower, loo and basin. Next to the bathroom is the single bedroom. The main double bedroom is light and bright and provides direct access to the conservatory with lovely views and access to the private back garden.
A gentle slope from the road to the front door and one step into the property make the property suitable for guests with limited mobility. The property has private parking for one car.

Spacious, bright living room with electric wood burner effect fire, contemporary sofa and chaise lounge sofa with free-standing TV.
The modern kitchen with fitted units, electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, washing machine and integrated dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a kettle.
Small dining table in the lounge area with two chairs. Two other chairs are available and can be found in the conservatory.
Bathroom with corner shower, basin with illuminating mirror and a loo.
Bedroom 1 - bright single room with a single bed.
Bedroom 2 - is a large spacious double bedroom with direct access to the conservatory with lovely views into the private back garden.
We can provide a travel cot and high chair, so please request, and we will leave them out for you.

Front of the property - Paved drive with off-street parking for one car.
Back garden - pretty secluded cottage-style garden and patio
Things To Note:
Short breaks are available in low & mid-season or within 90 days of arrival.
Arrival days: Monday or Friday.
Bed linen, towels, services and WiFi are included in the rental rate.
Dogs are not permitted.
Travel cot and high chair can be provided, please request and we will leave them out for you.
No Smoking / Vaping / Candles or Incense to be lit on the property.
