We love our pet, so if you have ONE well behaved dog, you'll find a few treats for them too. They have their own bedding- saves you lugging all the paraphernalia over! We have a stair gate to ensure they DO NOT SLEEP UPSTAIRS please for all guests comfort.
The cottage has a small enclosed garden to the front and a shared yard to the rear, please take responsibility for your pet with neighbors and use the bin over the other side of the road to dispose of any dog waste.
For your comfort, Spring Gardens is a smoke free cottage for a MAXIMUM of 4 people (including children), plus a baby in a cot. Nursery equipment available at no extra charge.
We recommend the use of a car to get the most from your holiday however,
A bus service runs from the village and connects to nearby villages and towns and the Cumbrian coastal railway.
Grizebeck is a small village, the petrol station has a post office, taxi service and shop, it sells basic provisions including logs and kindling (sticks) for the fire and the odd snack.
The Greyhound Inn in the village serves a selection of real ales, a decent selection of wines and gins. Delicious, locally sourced food. Can totally recommend for food and social interaction.
