You can also take advantage of the excellent walking routes around the Derwent Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The ground floor apartment is accessed via a flight of external steps. Stepping into the accommodation is sure to give an impressive first impression with huge, vaulted ceilings and spacious open plan living. If the nearby restaurants can t tempt you to eat out, the kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, offering an electric oven and hob, fridge, and washing machine. The bedroom offers a restful space to get a good night's sleep with a king size bed and Smart TV for the lazy lie ins. The en suite shower room offers a high ceiling, enclosed shower, and WC. There is shared seating coming in spring, outside the front of the building, a great spot to sit and watch the motorcycles that regularly visit Matlock Bath, fly by. There is free off road parking nearby on a first come first served basis. Other parking can be found at the nearby car park a short walk away from the property, a weekly permit is available at a cost of 24.80.
