This popular village has a fine selection of shops and pubs, take a canal boat ride along Cromford Canal or visit Arkwright s Mill, which is a World heritage site. From Cromford there is easy access to the High Peak Trail which is a favorite with walkers, walkers and ideal for cycling. Nearby is a children s park and a nature reserve. Matlock Bath has a huge selection of cafes and ice cream parlours and is also the starting point for the cable car that takes you to the Heights of Abraham. The old mill town of Matlock has a superb range of craft shops, independent stores and bars, whilst Chatsworth Estate is just 10 miles away. Outdoor enthusiasts are well catered for with the wondrous Peak District National Park with a wealth of must visit tourist spots. Take a walk up to Black Rocks and enjoy a picnic alongside the beautiful views. Excellent transport links with Cromford Railway station nearby. Stepping through into the cottage the cosy lounge welcomes you with comfy sofas to sink into after a day hiking the hills, with a Smart TV and wood burner to curl up in front of. Leading through to the kitchen/diner, rustle up a hearty evening meal or a lazy breakfast, on hand for your culinary needs is an electric oven and hob, fridge with small freezer box and microwave and dishwasher, if you choose not to dine out in the nearby eateries. Head up to the first floor where you will find a twin bedroom and small double bedroom. There is a shower room with a generous shower and WC, just what you need to start the day. Going up to the second floor, accessed via steep stairs, you will find a double bedroom located in the eaves on the second floor. There is on street parking (subject to availability). Due to the location of this property there is no outside space.
