Across the hall is the lounge with the main feature being an inset circular fireplace housing a wood burner, perfect for lighting in the chilly months, alongside relaxing on the sofa with a good book or watching something on the TV. There is also a ground floor shower room with a shower and WC. Head up the stairs to the first floor where you will find a super king size bedroom a king size bedroom and a snug sitting room with corner sofa, TV and Xbox. There is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Taking the stairs up to the second floor reaches another double bedroom and twin bedroom. There is also a WC on this floor. Outside, an enclosed paved courtyard area lies to the front with seating, ideal for outdoor dining with a stone wall with box hedges and display borders stocked with cottage garden perennials. There are two allocated parking spaces, one of which is in the garage.
