Positioned on a hillside, the barn more than lives up to its name boasting spectacular vistas of the surrounding landscape. Guests can explore the countryside on foot along the various routes that lead from the doorstep. Within a short drive from the property, guests will find themselves at the gate of Chatsworth House parklands and Haddon Hall. For an afternoon of exploring, the pretty market town of Bakewell on the River Wye is a lovely way to spend an afternoon. A split level hallway divides the property. Downstairs the bright lounge benefits from double doors that lead out onto a pretty patio area and enclosed garden. A spacious kitchen diner with granite worktops and hand built oak units is equipped with all the necessities. There is also a cloakroom with a toilet and hand basin, perfect for muddy boots and scrubbing up after a long countryside walk. Upstairs there are four bedrooms. The main bedroom with vaulted ceilings and breathtaking views across the countryside, consists of a king size bed with an additional single bed. There is also a wooden cot in this room. There are three other bedrooms, one of which features king post roof truss and two single beds which can also be joined together to make a king size bed on request. Another double bedroom and family bathroom are found on this floor with bath, shower toilet and hand basin. A fourth bedroom which is downstairs near the entrance to the barn has a double bed and an en suite shower room with a toilet and hand basin. Outside enjoy the patio and enclosed garden with spectacular views stretching for miles.
