The house has gas central heating, fibre broadband, WIFI and the 2 lounges are fitted with HD TV's, Freeview, cable TV, CD, radio, bluetooth stereo speakers and additional sofa beds.
The gardens include private lawns, a large patio with loungers and well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking inside of the property.
Modern home comforts are in the kitchen with Neff double oven, wine fridge, microwave, plate warming drawer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and an induction hob set in a large marble island cooking and breakfast bar. The dining area comfortably seats 16 persons for breakfast / dinner. Open the glass doors and you can eat al fresco.
The utility area includes a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities, bed linen and towels are all included and travel cot and highchair are provided on request.
There is a secure garage for storage of your bikes and outdoor equipment and a wireless alarm system throughout the house.
