Dovedale the Manifold Valley and Tissington, offer great cycling and walking opportunities. For children there are lots of attractions less than an hour from the cottage, Alton Towers including Water Park, Matlock Bath with Gulliver s Kingdom and The Heights of Abraham with cable cars & caves, Derby Museum & Art Gallery, Crich Tramway Museum, Swadlincote Snow sports Centre, Peak Wildlife Park at Leek and Twycross Zoo. Step into the cottage and wander through to the lounge which offers an imposing brick fireplace, comfy leather sofas to relax on and 55" TV and sound bar, Sony BluRay/DVD player, Sky Box (package with everything except Movies & Sport Packages), a cosy space to put your feet up and chill after a day exploring the area. The kitchen/diner is bright and airy and offers an electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher with a nearby dining table. Head up the stairs to the first floor, there is the master double bedroom with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a TV, and blessed pretty views over the surrounding fields. The twin bedroom also has a memory foam mattress and lovely views over the peaceful garden. Completing the property is the shower room with a powerful shower and WC.
