The nautical/boating themed property consists of an open planned, spacious lounge and kitchen. Sleeping accommodation consists of king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two twin bedrooms. To complete the accommodation is a sumptuous common bathroom. The property will comfortably host six guests and up to two pets.
The kitchen contains all the mod-cons required for your self-catering needs, and right next to the kitchen is the six-seater dining table looking out to the veranda. Or, you may choose to dine outdoors on the veranda with its own dining table and chairs when the weather suits. In the living area, there are two full sized; three-seater sofas, electric heater stove, coffee table and sideboard.
For your entertainment needs, the lounge provides free superfast fibre broadband, a 43” Smart TV which supports all the popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV), CD/MP3/DAB player, a Field scope to observe the local wildlife and a range of board games. Together with the other facilities provided by the marina, Erica Lodge is the ideal staycation destination and perfect for an extended stay.

Claymills Victorian Pumping Station and Derby Museum and Art Gallery are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Swadlincote Ski and Snowboard Centre and National Forest Adventure Farm. Sudbury Hall and the National Trust Museum of Childhood and Sweet Memory Lane are also worth visiting.
