Nearby Tansley village is nestled on the edge of the Peak District next to the market town of Matlock. Nearby Bakewell, Chatsworth House and Matlock Bath, all easily accessible by car. Matlock Bath is a well known resort on the River Derwent, visit popular Heights of Abraham or Gulliver s Kingdom with the family, enjoy fish and chips, cable cars and numerous entertainments throughout the year. The Matlock Bath illuminations and firework display are especially popular in autumn. To the rear of the property there is a large south facing sunny garden which is great for garden games or simply just relaxing and taking in the views from the patio seating.
