Alongside the large dining table, it's an ideal entertaining space. Further rooms downstairs offer a utility space with washer/dryer, a separate WC, a and games room with table tennis, board games and seating. On the first floor, you will find four bedrooms: the master bedroom features a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) and en suite shower room with WC, whilst along the corridor there is a further bedroom with king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request). Of the remaining two bedrooms, one features twin single zip and link beds (which can be made into a king size on request) and a further double bedroom. The spacious bathroom comprises of a bath, separate shower cubicle, and WC. Externally to the front of the property is a parking area with ample space for three cars. This area has a gate so can be enclosed and is surrounded by mature trees and shrubbery is a patio area with seating and BBQ, and to the rear of the property is a small courtyard area with addition seating.
