The well equipped kitchen provides an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, American style fridge freezer and dishwasher. The utility room offers additional storage, a washer/dryer and an additional sink. There is a handy downstairs WC. The first floor has three comfortable bedrooms; a super king size zip and link and a king size zip and link (that can both be made into twins on request). There is also a single bedroom. The family bathroom offers a stunning freestanding bath, a shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor there is a super king size zip and link (that can be made into a twin on request) and an en suite shower room with WC. This bedroom has lovely velux windows letting in lots of light. Outside there is a patio area with outdoor dining furniture, perfect for those summer evenings catching up with good company. There is a small lawn great for garden games. There is off road parking for two cars.
