The seaside resorts of Branscombe, Beer and Lyme Regis are within easy reach and the regency seaside town of Sidmouth is a mere 6 miles away. It offers a beach with dog friendly sections, access to the World Heritage, South West Coastal Path, esplanade, water sports and Connaught Gardens. It also hosts the popular Sidmouth Folk Festival in August.
