One of two barns offering private and stylish accommodation on this small working sheep farm. You are welcome to explore the grounds and it is especially lovely at Easter time when lambing takes place. Beautifully finished and filled with rustic charm and quirky design features. The beautiful surrounding countryside is perfect for walkers and cyclists, and if you are looking to explore further afield, visit the local sandy beaches and Dartmoor National Park just a short drive away. Stepping into this newly converted barn you are greeted by an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Well equipped and stylishly furnished you immediately feel at home, sit back and relax in front of the wood burner and enjoy the colour changing mood lighting or catch up on the latest movie or your favourite box set on the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen/dining area is a great place to sit and eat together whilst planning your next day s adventures. Keen cooks will be impressed with the kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a ground floor WC. At the other end of the barn is a spacious super king size bedroom (which can be made into a twin upon request) with en suite shower room with WC. Heading outside, there is a courtyard area with BBQ and private hot tub, garden furniture, a lovely spot to sit with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunshine. You will also have the use of a beautiful acre wild garden, stroll through the farmyard and orchard, and there is even space if you want to have a BBQ.
