Visit the historic stannary market town of Tavistock, only a 10 minute drive away. The must see attractions of Morwellham Quay, Buckland Abbey and The Garden House are within easy reach and are must see destinations when visiting this stunning part of the world. Set in a village location, this unique barn conversion has been spilt into two suites and is attached to a small B&B, where you can treat yourself to breakfast (by arrangement) or a drink in the cosy honesty bar; cocktails are also served during the summer. Your front door is located on the ground floor, where there is space for your coats and shoes. You will find the staircase which will lead you to your retreat. Heading on up the staircase to the living area you enter the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which boasts rustic beams and original stonework throughout. The light and airy lounge area is a great space to sit back, relax on the sofa and watch the TV after exploring all that Dartmoor has to offer. The kitchen area has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, and microwave. Leading off the lounge area is the beautiful bedroom with king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with en suite shower and WC. Outside the property guests can sit and enjoy the peaceful shared garden area. To the rear of the property there is off road parking for one car.
