A short 0.3 miles walk to Shaldon Beach with is gently sloping mix of sand and shingle or less than a mile away is Ness Cove Beach, accessed via an original Smugglers tunnel. Shaldon Zoo is 0.5 miles away as is the fabulous pub The Ness . Shaldon s Botanical Gardens are just a few steps away from the property and nearby are some great local eateries. Alternatively, travel to Teignmouth on the oldest passenger ferry in England, where there are various cafés, restaurants, and bars, as well as traditional seaside entertainment to enjoy. This delightful bungalow welcomes you from the moment you enter its front door, stepping inside you enter the open plan lounge/dining space. With a cosy wood burner, comfortable sofa, and Smart TV you re all set to sit back and watch your favourite movie. Relax in the grand armchairs and read a book, or if needs must catch up on some work at the reclaimed desk. To the rear of the room there is a lovely table and chairs ready to enjoy a romantic meal with the waterside views in the distance. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances including a dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, and limited edition Denby dinnerware. To the rear of the property is a stylish wetroom boasting a beautiful rainfall shower and WC. Completing this wonderful couples retreat is the king size bedroom with a free standing bath adjacent to the bed, both offering waterside views, a hidden vanity area with lights, and plenty of storage space. A BBQ area and outside garden hose are available should the sandy beach wear need a quick blast off. Off road parking for one vehicle is provided with a dozen steps up to the property entrance.
