On site are Shetland ponies, sheep, chickens, and ducks. The North coast is an easy drive, Bude, (15 miles) with sandy beaches, cliff walks, canal, shops/pubs. Horse riding, fishing, golf, archery and alpaca walking can be found nearby too. Dunsland Park, a National Trust property 1 mile, perfect for picnics and walks with 900 years of history. Cycle route number 3 runs right past the site leading to the Ruby Way, Granite way, the Pegasus and the Tarka Trail, all ideal for off road cycling.
