The surrounding countryside is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and offers country walks quite literally from your doorstep joining the South West Coast Path. You will be within easy reach of beautiful beaches and coastal towns, including the fishing villages of Hope Cove (less than a mile) and Salcombe (3.8 miles), famous for its beautiful estuary, a gin distillery, and a range of shops and eateries are all ready to tingle your tastebuds. This reverse style living with two entrances allows you to enter the ground floor into the super king size bedroom with a Smart TV and en suite shower over bath and WC. Enter the top floor via the outside entrance via steps or upstairs inside and you re welcomed by the focal centrepiece wood burner which oozes comfort into the open plan living/kitchen area. There is a small dining table and chairs to enjoy a meal and the kitchen although small is fully equipped for your stay. Completing the living area is a smart TV and sofa with a separate armchair to relax. Outside the barn is a shared patio space with outdoor seating. A short walk away is a shared area, offering seating and a BBQ and Pizza oven.
