This is the perfect property for two looking to enjoy South Devon life, in easy walking distance to two great pubs, the beach at Slapton Sands and a scenic drive to the towns of Dartmouth and Kingsbridge.

The picturesque village of Slapton boasts two excellent pubs, a community village shop well stocked with local produce, and stunning walks around Slapton Ley. The millennium field at the top of the village is a fantastic viewpoint for gazing out over the village to Start Bay and the lighthouse at Start Point. This divine village is situated less than a mile from Slapton Sands, and access to the South West Coast Path, and is 20 minutes’ drive from historic Dartmouth and the bustling market town of Kingsbridge, with popular Salcombe a little further on. The bohemian hub of Totnes is also a 30 minute drive, with Dartmoor a little further on. This popular village is superb for exploring all the delights the South Hams has to offer.

Parking:

Large cars (bigger than a mini) will not be able to drive up this lane to unload. On street parking available in the village or at the village car park five minutes walk away.
