Enjoy easy access to some of Cornwall s finest seaside spots, including the sandy beaches of Bude (11 miles), the quiet coastal village of Clovelly (10 miles) and the attractive fishing port of Boscastle (24 miles). For those who enjoy exploring the local countryside, there are plenty of opportunities for scenic walks along the trails in and around the Waldon Valley, and the Southwest Coast Path is right on your doorstep. Water sports enthusiasts can take a short drive to nearby Tamar Lakes (4.5 miles) which offers paddle boarding, sailing and much more. Heading into this delightful lodge, the living space is open plan, giving a feeling of space and light. The large and comfortable sofas are a great place to relax in front of the wood burner. A TV and a stereo provide entertainment for cosy evenings in, or watch from the lounge window as dusk settles over the pond. The large kitchen area has ample space and utensils for the preparation of any dish. Generous cupboard space is provided so that you can store all your supplies. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The double bedroom offers a pleasant place to rest, and an additional folding bed is also available for an extra person on request. The bathroom completes the accommodation and is fully tiled and offers a shower over bath and WC. Outside there is a decked gated veranda with steps leading down to the lake, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings and the views over the pond. There is ample parking provided.
