Boasting a central location within walking distance of local amenities, and just a short drive from the local sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! Live like a local and make the most of exploring the local area by bicycle or kayak hire for an immersive visit to North Devon. Northam Burrows is closeby where you can enjoy wonderful walks by the beach, or for golf enthusiasts there is the North Devon Golf Course, the oldest course in England. A little further afield are also the beaches of Saunton and Croyde, both worth a visit. Enter the cottage into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where you are naturally drawn to the stunning wood burner, the perfect place to cosy in and snuggle in front of the fire whilst watching your favourite programmes on the smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer. There is also a freezer and dishwasher under the stairs in the utility cupboard. There is seating for three people around the dining table, the perfect place to catch up over a meal or two. Following through to the downstairs bathroom you will find a very light and bright modern bathroom with a digital power shower over bath and WC, you will also find a stunning Bluetooth mirror where you can look forward to getting ready for a day of exploring. Moving up the stairs is the first of the two bedrooms, a cosy single bedroom that is light and bright overlooking the rear courtyard with glimpses of the beach in the distance. Next door is the double bedroom complete with a TV with Amazon fire stick, a great spot for a lazy morning or breakfast in bed. Outside is a private compact courtyard with an outdoor shed and lovely garden furniture. Parking available in nearby car parks (subject to availability).
