Close to the borders of Devon, Somerset and Dorset, there are fantastic road links nearby including the A35. There is much to be explored in the local area with Devon boasting rolling hills and beautiful moorland, Dorset being home to the stunning Jurassic coastline and picturesque Somerset home to many lovely villages and bustling market towns. A mile away is the town of Axminster, which has a good selection of local amenities and restaurants including Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall s famous River Cottage Canteen and Deli. Also, within easy reach are Lyme Regis, Crealy, Bridport, Charmouth, Abbotsbury and Beer. Approached via a shared driveway a private entrance door leads into a spacious hallway.
