Set at the end of a long driveway, this property is part of a complex in an idyllic rural location. Close to the borders of Devon, Somerset and Dorset, there are fantastic road links nearby including the A35. There is much to be explored in the local area with Devon boasting rolling hills and beautiful moorland, Dorset being home to the stunning Jurassic coastline and picturesque Somerset home to many lovely villages and bustling market towns. A mile away is the town of Axminster, which has a good selection of local amenities and restaurants including Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall s famous River Cottage Canteen and Deli. Also, within easy reach are Lyme Regis, Crealy, Bridport, Charmouth, Abbotsbury and Beer. Approached via a shared driveway a private entrance door leads into a spacious hallway. To the right is a striking open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This characterful room has an exposed stone wall, a wood burner and a Smart TV. The kitchen area is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. There is space to dine just opposite. Heading back into the hallway you will find a choice of two bedrooms. The first is an inviting super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) and the second a stylish king size. Both bedrooms share the bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside via the double doors in the lounge, you can admire the beautiful views from a table set to the front of the property. There is also a shared garden area with table and chairs and a barbecue. This area is surrounded by beautifully stocked beds, again taking in the fabulous views across rolling countryside. The property is serviced by a private water supply. Onsite there is a fully qualified beautician/masseuse which can be booked direct with the owner at an additional cost.
