Devon offers the north and south coastlines and two rugged moorlands, Dorset meanwhile is famed for its world heritage coastline and Somerset is well known for its picturesque villages and bustling market towns. The town of Axminster is just one mile away with shops, inns, restaurants, sports centre and the famous River Cottage shop opened by Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall. The Axe Valley provides lovely walking opportunities along the Dorset and East Devon Heritage coastline. Other towns, villages and attractions include Charmouth, Bridport, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth, Beer, Branscombe, Abbotsbury, Crealy, Bicton Park, Burrows Farm Gardens and several National Trust properties. Outside, the property looks out across the owners pretty thatched Devon longhouse and is accessed via a long drive.
