Moving through the property you are welcomed by a cosy sitting room with an attractive light grey and ochre theme being complimented by the woodburning stove at centre stage, making for an agreeable place to relax after a long day. From the sitting room the patio doors open to a colourful courtyard garden where you can enjoy an alfresco supper on the Webber gas BBQ or just sit and enjoy a glass of wine under the shade of the Mediterranean olive tree. Climbing upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with wooden furnishings and beautiful views of the surrounding countryside; There is a king-size bedroom, a double bedroom with a contemporary en-suite shower room so guests can have a little extra privacy and a single bedroom. To complete the property, there is a bathroom where guests can get ready in style with a quick shower. There are several good golf courses nearby including Sidmouth and Honiton and Woodbury Park which also offers Aura Spa and Health Club facilities. Go to the lovely village of Lympstone or the town of Topsham, where there is a host of good restaurants. From here you can walk or hire a bicycle and ride alongside the Exe River all the way from Exeter to Exmouth.
