The beach offers lots of free entertainment for children whether it is looking in the rock pools, playing in the surf, building sandcastles or flying kites. The village also has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and amusements. For those who want to explore a bit further afield, there is plenty to see and do within 3 miles, including The Big Sheep, the historic harbour town of Bideford, and the pretty fishing village of Appledore. Entering this beautiful single storey holiday home, you will soon notice the high end finish throughout. Heading on through to the open plan lounge/kitchen, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to rustle up a hearty breakfast, light lunch, or formal evening meal to enjoy at the dining table. The breakfast bar with stools is ideal for a quick snack or morning coffee. The spectacular lounge is fitted with three comfortable sofas and an electric steam effect stove, creating a truly relaxing space from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. At the end of the day head to the bedrooms, which all offer Smart TVs for lazy mornings in bed catching up on the news. There are two super king size bedrooms and 1 twin room (can be reconfigured on request). The bathrooms are composed of one en suite bathroom and one family shower room. This holiday home provides its own private courtyard, accessible from the hallway and lounge. This is a beautiful spot where guests can enjoy a soak in the private hot tub. There is garden furniture where you can sit and tuck into a BBQ before heading to the sun loungers to relax. Take in the the stunning views and sea sunset from here. Furthermore, guests can enjoy access to a shared play barn with table football, table tennis, pool and basketball, plus a heated indoor plunge pool available between April and October.
