The kitchen leads into a luxurious living and dining area with fabulous sea views - tri-folding doors open onto the balcony with incredible panoramic views across the estuary. At ground floor level is a magnificent master bedroom with super-King-size bed and stunning sea views from the Juliet balcony, plus an en suite shower room. A further double room at this level has a Super king size bed. At lower ground floor there are two en suite bedrooms, one with super-King size bed and private waterside terrace with seating, and the other with a super king-size bed. A small family bathroom is located adjacent to the double bedroom at ground floor level, where there is also a utility room on this floor. There is also allocated parking for one car.
