Ground floor:
Porch over entrance through glazed front door into large beamed living/dining room with wing backed chairs, window seats, oak dining table with seating for 8, TV, DVD player and feature fireplace (not in use) .  
Kitchen with ceramic hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided) and door to storage room with washing machine and tumble dryer. 
To the other end of the living room is a hallway (via a couple steps) that leads to:
Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6 in double bed and doors leading to rear patio.
Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC, and the back door to the garden.

First floor:
Bedroom 2 with 4ft 6in double bed, built in wardrobe and low, recessed cottage window. 
Bedroom 3 with twin 3ft beds and beautiful views across the garden. 
Bedroom 4 with twin 3ft beds and a 2ft 6in bed.
Bathroom with enamelled bath, hand basin and WC.
