This charming property is situated within walking distance of the spectacular sandy beach of Instow. Within the village you will find a wealth of fine pubs, cafés and restaurants. Nearby Westward Ho!, known for its beautiful beach and unique pebble ridge, has an array of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes, amusements and also a championship golf course. Local market towns including Ilfracombe and Bideford are well worth visiting, and there are many other attractions including The Big Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and Lundy Island. On entering this delightful property you are greeted by a beautiful hallway giving access to the kitchen/dining room, lounge and utility room.
