Seating means this is where the sporting challenges start, there is something for everyone. The bedrooms are all situated on the first and second floor as you climb the wide staircase to the first floor you come to a half landing with a shower room with shower and WC. Up the stairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms, one twin room and one king size (zip and link can be a twin on request) with an en suite shower and WC and views over the town. A further king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en suite shower and WC. Carrying on to the second floor there are a further three bedrooms, one small double, one single and the master bedroom which has a king size, sea views and an en suite shower and WC. A separate bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC completes the superb accommodation. Stepping outside there is a rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, giving easy access to the coastal footpath. At the front of the property is off road parking for four cars. There is also an outside shower and tap ideal for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy toes and paws.
