Blue Belgrave is situated just outside of the main town of Torquay, just a short walk from the main Torquay beach and marina with its wide variety of restaurants and bars. There is so much to see and do nearby, whether that involves watching a show at the nearby Princess Theatre, playing a spot of golf at the nearby Torre Abbey golfing green, mini golf just next door for all the family or simply just a relaxing day at the beach.
The house itself benefits from being furnished stylishly and has been renovated to a high standard. There is a living/dining area with Smart TV and comfortable seating. A fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs leads out onto the private rear decked area. As well as three bedrooms, two containing king-sized beds, as well as double sofa beds, and the third with a double bed. There is also a family bathroom with both bath and shower above, as well as a separate modern shower room.
Guests looking to venture out of Torquay can explore the nearby towns of Paignton and Brixham, making up the rest of the beautiful English Riviera. Other popular towns such as Kingswear, Dartmouth, Teignmouth, Shaldon and Salcombe are a short drive away and can all be easily accessed from this central location.
