Once you have finished exploring the town and stocked up on supplies for you stay, jump in the car for 5 minutes to reach Westward Ho! where 2 miles of sandy beach and an array of seaside attractions provide endless entertainment for all ages. Walkers and cyclists are well catered for with the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail within easy reach, both offering spectacular sea views. Other nearby attractions include Croyde, Woolacombe, Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor and Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. While this stylish and spacious accommodation adjoins the owners property, privacy is assured throughout your stay. Prepare meals for the whole family in the open plan and contemporary kitchen/diner, located on the ground floor. Here you will find an electric double oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave, together with a large dining table beneath stylish pendant lighting and a TV/DVD to keep you entertained while cooking. A shower room and utility area with washing machine are situated on the lower ground floor where there is a door opening onto the garden. Once you have finished your meals, retreat to the grand lounge next door, which features wooden flooring, a decorative chandelier, a wall mounted cinema 90" Smart TV with true surround sound and extensive seating to include a quaint window seat for admiring the views. On the first floor, two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom enjoy an en suite shower room each, while a further twin bedroom has access to the stylish bathroom with bath and handheld shower and also a separate shower. Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the master bedroom king size with TV and an en suite bathroom, free standing bath and separate shower cubicle, together with one twin bedroom with TV and en suite shower room. Step outside the property and onto a sheltered decked area where you will find a private hot tub and access to a games room with table tennis and pool table. Steps lead down from the terrace to a large enclosed lawn garden with a fenced pond, garden furniture and BBQ, perfect for enjoying sunny al fresco meals. To the bottom left of the garden there is a decking area perfect for sunbathing and is equipped with rattan garden furniture. There is also an electric car charging point available.
