The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite, a further king-size, and a twin, along with a bathroom with TV. Outside there is a rear garden with courtyard, lawn, decking, furniture, a children's play area and a small pond, and permit parking within the long stay car park. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved dog welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. Travel cot and highchair available. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Coly in 0.4 miles. The Fernery is idyllically positioned to enjoy the coast and country of Devon. The numerous inns provide delicious food and a friendly atmosphere. From the tram stop in Colyton, you may take a relaxing ride to Seaton along the River Axe. The charming towns of Colyford, Southleigh, Northleigh, and Farway are tucked away in the Coly Valley and make for pleasant day trips.
