The house sleeps fourteen people in six bedrooms, two double, three twin and a family room with four bathrooms. On the ground floor are two sitting rooms, one with electric fire, a conservatory, a dining room and a kitchen/breakfast room. In the annexe is the family bedroom with one of the bathrooms and an open plan living space. Outside is a courtyard with hot tub and trampoline, a games barn/summer house and a garden with play equipment, furniture and a barbecue. About a mile from Southleigh village, Lower Wadden Farmhouse and Annexe is a brilliant house for big groups to enjoy a Devon break.
