This bijou studio is situated less than a mile from the centre of the village of West Down with its village pub and local store and also within a short walk of a popular former coaching Inn with restaurant. The studio overlooks delightful countryside and it is not unusual to glimpse grazing deer in adjoining fields and woodland. The splendour of Exmoor, wonderful surfing beach of Woolacombe, inspiring coastal walks, cycling along the Tarka trail as well as the traditional resort facilities of Ilfracombe are all within a 10 minutes drive. The studio provides an ideal base for exploring the wonderful natural diversity of this part of North Devon.

Open plan living/dining area with king size double bed (Zip and link can convert to two 2'6" single beds),small table and comfy tub chairs, TV, DVD and countryside views. Small fully enclosed patio garden with garden furniture and with outside tap and covered storage area ideal for visitors with surfboards and bicycles. Private off road parking for 1 or 2 cars.
