Waterside Park Annexe is a conveniently located one bedroom property based just outside the popular town of Kingsbridge, a stone’s throw from the beautiful Salcombe-Kingsbridge Estuary. Sleeping up to three guests in total.. All on the ground floor.
Living/dining room: With Smart TV and single sofa bed.
Kitchen: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and washing machine.
Bedroom: With double bed and CD player.
Shower room: With walk-in shower, toilet and heated towel rail.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Enclosed rear courtyard with bistro set. Front sitting-out area with bench. Private parking for 1 car; additional on-road parking. No smoking. . As guests enter the annexe via the side gated access, they find themselves in the pleasant rear courtyard garden with a bistro table and chair seating. Through the entrance and into the annexe itself leads from the small hallway into the kitchen which is well equipped with all guests could need to rustle up a good meal. There is a walk-in shower room and a good-sized double bedroom with a DVD player. The living area benefits from a sofa bed (larger than a single but smaller than a double) and a dining table with chairs and a Smart TV. To the front of the annexe there is also a small area with bench seating which guests are welcome to use, great for sitting out in the morning with a cup of coffee.
The property is located just outside of the main town of Kingsbridge and as such, makes for a pleasant walk into town along the promenade. Within the town itself there are an abundance of local cafes, restaurants and pubs, and a variety of eclectic independent shops to explore. Conveniently located for fabulous walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, visiting the many stunning beaches and coves in the beautiful South Hams and day trips to Dartmouth and Totness. Kingsbridge makes a great base for visiting nearby Salcombe which can often get very busy, especially during the summer months. Beach 8¼ miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Overbecks Museum and Garden and Start Point Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Sea N Shore and Salcombe Maritime Museum. Slapton Ley Field Centre and Woodlands Family Theme Park are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing and other activities like golfing.
