This cottage is in a quiet setting on the outskirts of Kingsteignton within the grounds of the owners home, within a ten minute drive of the popular seaside town of Teignmouth, with its Victorian pier and sandy beach, as well as its working harbour. The location allows the town s restaurants to offer a range of fresh seafood, and there is no shortage of places to eat, as well as a range of pubs and coffee shops. The town is a great destination for families, thanks to its skate park, choice of boat trips, adventure golf, and heated lido. Further around the coast, the towns of the English Riviera, offer sandy beaches, a marine aquarium, and Paignton Zoo amongst other attractions. On entering this lovely lodge style cottage, guests will be greeted by the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its sofa, chairs, wood burner and TV/DVD with Sky package. The kitchen area is well equipped with an oven, hob, Belfast sink, fridge, freezer with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, making it easy to prepare all of your favourite dishes. Stairs lead from the ground floor to the first floor, where there is an attractive double bedroom, with sloping beamed ceiling, TV/DVD and an en suite shower room with WC. Connected to this room is a separate room which is perfect for younger guests, with a single bed, additional pull out bed (only suitable for children), and a cot. Outside, the property benefits from a spacious first floor balcony which leads off from the master bedroom suite, with table and chairs, which makes a wonderful place to enjoy the tranquil surroundings over a bottle of wine in the evening. Directly outside the property s front door, is a second outdoor seating area, a covered patio with rustic bench style seating. Guests are also welcome to explore the owner s grounds, where they may enjoy meeting the resident animals. There is ample off road parking available.
